“University of Telafer Continues Its Openness and Cooperation with Government Institutions to Support the University Environment”

Professor Dr. Aqeel Al-Araji, President of the University of Telafer, paid an official visit on Monday, May 18, 2026, to the Directorate of Electricity in Telafer, where he was received by the Director of the Directorate, Engineer Shukri Mahmoud.

The visit focused on discussing ways to strengthen mutual cooperation and coordination between the University of Telafer and the Directorate of Electricity in a manner that contributes to supporting the university’s infrastructure and services, as well as addressing several issues related to improving the electrical power situation within the university campus.

The University President praised the support and cooperation provided by the Directorate of Electricity toward the university, commending the efforts exerted in delivering services and maintaining continuous coordination in a way that serves the academic and educational process.

During the visit, the University President also honored Engineer Shukri Mahmoud in appreciation of the efforts made by the Directorate of Electricity in supporting the University of Telafer and contributing to the provision of services that enhance the university environment and serve its students.

This visit comes within the framework of the University Presidency’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with governmental institutions and departments in order to improve services and support the university environment.
