“Dean of College of Nursing at University of Telafer Participates in Deans Committee Meeting and Second Scientific Conference at University of Kufa”

The Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Telafer, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hassan Zaynal, participated in the meeting of the Committee of Deans of Nursing Colleges in Iraq held at the University of Kufa, attended by deans and representatives of nursing colleges from various Iraqi universities.

The meeting included discussions of fundamental issues related to developing nursing education and updating curricula to keep pace with modern scientific and technical developments, in addition to exploring mechanisms to enhance cooperation and coordination between nursing colleges in various Iraqi universities to serve common educational and research objectives.

Participants also focused on finding practical solutions to challenges facing the nursing sector, working to improve the quality of educational outcomes through implementing best international practices, and activating applied research activities that contribute to developing health services and improving the level of care provided to patients. At the conclusion of the meeting, the President of the University of Kufa honored the Dean with a letter of appreciation and an excellence shield in recognition of his efforts and active participation in the meeting.

In the same context, the Dean participated in the activities of the Second Scientific Conference of the College of Nursing at the University of Kufa under the title “Strengthening Postgraduate Study Outcomes in Iraq,” which addressed the latest developments and research in nursing sciences and advanced professional practices.
