“President of University of Telafer Hosts Academic Delegation from University of Mosul”

The President of the University of Telafer, Professor Dr. Abdul Aziz Ahmed Aziz, hosted an academic delegation from the University of Mosul, comprising Professor Dr. Ali Farouk Qasim Al-Muaidhidi, Dean of the College of Agriculture and Forestry; Professor Dr. Safwan Youssef Mahmoud, Head of the Microbiology Department at the College of Veterinary Medicine; and Assistant Professor Dr. Taha Mohammed Taqi Mohammed Khidher, Head of the Food Science Department at the College of Agriculture and Forestry.

The meeting was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Zidan Younis, Director of the Continuing Education Center, and Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Hassan Salman, Head of the Field Crops Department at the university, where fruitful discussions were held regarding enhancing academic and scientific cooperation between the two universities in various fields of mutual interest.

This visit comes within the framework of the University of Telafer’s continuous endeavor to expand its academic partnerships with prestigious Iraqi universities and enhance scientific and research cooperation that serves higher education in Iraq and develops scientific research, contributing to elevating the level of university education and achieving the desired academic excellence.
