In a step reflecting institutional integration between academic and security systems to combat the drug epidemic, Professor Dr. Huda Ismail Al-Jumaili, Vice President of the University of Telafer for Administrative Affairs, welcomed in her office a high-level delegation from the Nineveh Directorate of Drug Control headed by Mr. Falah Mahdi Al-Jubouri.
