“Faculty Members from University of Telafer Participate in the Seventh Ministerial Training of Trainers Course on Modern Teaching Methods”
Within the framework of its strategy aimed at developing its educational system according to international standards, the University of Telafer participated with a distinguished academic delegation in the Seventh National Training of Trainers (TOT) course hosted by the University of Mosul, which aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in enhancing blended learning and updating curricula.
This specialized course attracted 120 participants from various Iraqi universities, supervised by 26 experts in the field of teaching methods and modern educational technologies, as this course comes within the comprehensive national program for developing teaching skills in Iraqi higher education institutions.
The University of Telafer was represented in this important educational forum by a constellation of academic competencies, including Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Zidan Younis Ali, Lecturer Dr. Falah Mohammed Dhiab Shihab, Assistant Lecturer Asaad Mahmoud Shihab Hamid, Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Idris Kanaan, Assistant Lecturer Ibrahim Bahjat Ibrahim Mustafa, and Assistant Lecturer Samah Abdul Qader Aziz.
The course included an integrated system of cognitive and applied axes, encompassing the latest trends in instructional design, facilitation strategies and interactive teaching, assessment and measurement methodologies, in addition to techniques for integrating technology into the educational process, academic professional ethics, and developments in scientific research and education quality.
