“Awareness Campaign at the University of Telafer on Voter Register Update and the Promotion of Democratic Participation and Electoral Awareness”<\/p>\n

As part of its national and societal role, the University of Telafer, through its Department of Media and Government Communication and in cooperation with the Student Activities Department, organized an awareness poster campaign at the College of Basic Education on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the importance of updating the voter register and its fundamental role in achieving the desired societal change.<\/p>\n

The campaign featured the distribution of posters carrying motivational messages designed to inspire civic engagement and encourage active participation in shaping the country\u2019s future. The materials emphasized the essential value of the biometric voter card in empowering citizens to take part in shaping their own destiny.<\/p>\n

This initiative is part of the university\u2019s broader strategy to instill values of citizenship and shared responsibility, and to motivate youth to engage positively in public life and contribute meaningfully to decision-making processes that define both their future and the future of their nation.<\/p>\n
