“Dean of College of Basic Education at University of Telafer Participates in International Conference on Humanities and Educational Sciences”<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the University of Telafer’s commitment to active participation in international academic forums, the Dean of the College of Basic Education at the university, Professor Dr. Khalil Khidr Abbo, participated in the International Specialized Conference on Humanities and Educational Sciences organized by the University of Kirkuk in cooperation with Salahuddin and Tikrit Universities in Erbil Governorate on Sunday, July 13, 2025. This scientific gathering witnessed qualitative participation from various Iraqi, Arab, and international universities, making it a vital platform for exchanging advanced expertise and knowledge.<\/p>\n

The conference sought to achieve strategic objectives centered on activating the pivotal role of academic institutions in promoting comprehensive development and establishing sustainability concepts as a practical methodology applicable in different societal contexts, through building solid bridges between theoretical scientific research and practical application to address complex societal issues and provide innovative, scientifically-studied solutions.<\/p>\n

The conference was distinguished by the richness of its scientific content, attracting more than one hundred and fifty specialized research papers presented by elite researchers and academics from within and outside Iraq. These studies addressed a wide spectrum of current topics in the field of humanities and educational sciences, including studying the effects of artificial intelligence on sustainable development paths, analyzing the role of legal and legislative systems in developing educational infrastructure, as well as exploring innovative teaching methodologies and integrated educational models.<\/p>\n

Professor Dr. Khalil Khidr Abbo’s participation in this scientific forum embodies the University of Telafer’s firm commitment to constructive contribution to academic and research activities at regional and international levels, and optimal investment in opportunities for knowledge exchange and scientific dialogue with peers from advanced educational institutions, benefiting the development of the university’s academic and research capabilities and consolidating its distinguished position on the map of Arab and international higher education.<\/p>\n
